Return Window:
Returns are accepted within  7 days of purchase for in-store purchases or within 7 days of delivery for online orders.


In-Store Purchases:
Eligible items may be returned within the 7-day return window.


Online Purchases:
Eligible items may be returned, with return shipping costs paid by the customer.

To be eligible for a return, all items must:
  • Have the original tag attached in its original location.
  • Be in the same condition as when received.
  • Be unworn and unused.
  • Be free of odors, including smoke.
  • Be free of damage.

Final Sale Items:

  • All items purchased during a sale are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Jewelry and accessories are final sale.
  • Gift cards are final sale.
